About
Fertility Issues in Teaching is the number one organisation for specialist fertility consultancy in educational establishments.
When you work with us we’ll teach you how to become a fertility friendly employer so that you attract and retain the best female staff for your business.
We provide bespoke CPD to equip your school leaders and staff with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to delicately and respectfully address concerns that are predominantly ‘women’s issues’, in an environment where 75% of the workforce are women.
Our Mission
To make all workplaces inclusive for staff experiencing fertility issues, including but not limited to: those living with endometriosis or PCOS; experiencing recurrent miscarriages; and those accessing fertility treatment to complete their families. We see the future of the education as flexible, female, family and fertility friendly environments.
To empower professional women so that fertility treatment and their demanding work roles can work well together.
Our Values
Integrity is at the core of Fertility Issues in Teaching— we build trust through interactions and develop honest relationships.
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity and respect they deserve to grow their family in any way they choose whether through adoption or fertility treatment, including: donor conception, solo parenthood and surrogacy.
